West Haven fireboat dedication - James C. Woodman

10/02/19 West Haven, CT - Members of the West Haven Fire Department, local officials and dignitaries all gathered to dedicate the city's new fireboat. The vessel was blessed and christened the James C. Woodman after firefighter paramedic Jimmy Woodman, who was killed in the line of duty as a result of an ambulance accident. Mr. Woodman's parents were on hand to christen the vessel with the traditional bottle of champagne off of the bow.
