West Haven Extra Mart Gas Station auto versus building

12/14/2007 West Haven, CT - An SUV traveling south bound on interstate 95 attempted to exit the highway at Exit 43. The auto lost control on the ice and crashed into the gas station before bursting into flames. The occupants were pulled form the auto by the proprietor of the gas station. The vehicle narrowly missed hitting the gas pumps.
