West Haven, CT 37 Water St. fire in a vacant commercial building

06/28/19 West Haven, CT - Firefighters were called to the vacant Bilco Doors property for a large rubbish fire within the three block long building. The vacant site has been the scene of several previous fires within the past year. The cause of the fire is suspicious.
