West Haven 94-96 Hinman St. dwelling fire

02/02/14 West Haven, CT - firefighters from the Center and Allingtown sections of the city arrived to find heavy fire on the second floor of this private dwelling. Multiple lines were stretched for a quick knockdown. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
