3rd alarm Kenilworth, NJ 186 Boulevard dwelling fire

03/22/19 Kenilworth, NJ - Kenilworth firefighters battled this wind driven fire in an occupied, private dwelling. Companies arrived to find heavy fire, venting from this raised ranch dwelling. The fire spread rapidly throughout the structure, fanned by high winds. A second and third alarm were transmitted bringing additional personnel from surrounding towns to help battle the blaze. The cause of the fire is being investigated. Multiple cats perished, but a dog and rabbit were rescued.
