New Haven 2nd alarm Lombard and Downing vacant dwelling fire

04/04/09 New Haven, CT - A vacant dwelling was set up in the middle of the night. First due Engine 10 arrived to find the dwelling fully involved. The structure collapsed soon after their arrival reducing the fire to a pile of burning rubble.
