Manchester 81 Jarvis Rd. dwelling fire

09/20/20 Manchester, CT - Firefighters arrived to find fire showing out two windows of this one and a half story private dwelling. They quickly stretched two lines to darken down the body of fire. One cat was rescued in good condition in the process. The fire was brought under control in about twenty minutes. The cause of the fire is careless smoking.
