Detroit Petsokey and Lawrence fatal dwelling fire

11/10/18 Detroit firefighters were hampered by out of service hydrants causing a delay in water. Firefighters making entry found two victims within the dwelling. One victim was revived and transported to the hospital. During the transport, the EMS unit was broadsided and flipped over about a mile from this incident by a Detroit PD scout car responding to a report of shots fire.
